What You'll Do as a PRN OTR:

Evaluate residents’ physical, emotional, and cognitive function
-
Create and implement individualized, functional treatment plans
-
Promote independence in daily living: dressing, grooming, eating, mobility & more

Educate caregivers and families to maximize outcomes
-
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

Provide therapy in skilled nursing, assisted living, and home settings
-
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
What You Bring:

A current Wisconsin OTR license
-
Passion for working with older adults
-
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Flexibility and a positive, team-oriented mindset

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
