Partner Support Intern
As a Partner Support Intern at Miinto, you will support our long term partnerships by helping our Partners in navigating the Miinto ecosystem to fulfil their business needs while achieving Miinto company targets at the same time.
What you'll do:
- Be the main point of contact for Miinto Partners and handle incoming inquiries using the following channels: chat, mail;
- Provide prompt support (in Italian or English) related to feed & integration issues and liaise internally with Onboarding, Integrations and Partner Solutions teams;
- Deal with internal stakeholders to align on processes via video calls and periodical meetings;
- Periodically monitoring status of Miinto Performance KPIs, such as: pNPS, stock core, Agent responses per conversation, First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average response time, Partners-contacting specific queues, Contact drivers per queue, Backlog volume, Tickets per queue, Agent efficiency, Weekly interactions;
- Provide consultation on accounting / finance-related requests, e.g.: profit calculation, financial reports overview and invoicing related queries;
- Handle negotiations related to terms and conditions updates, including churns negotiations, contracts terminations management and win-back of Partners.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent spoken and written English and Italian;
- Theoretical knowledge in the e-commerce / fashion marketplace / tech industry;
- Good proficiency with data analysis software (G Suite and/or MS Office Excel) - knowledge of PowerBI is considered a plus;
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills;
- Curiosity to learn and understand technical and operational complexities, proactive hands-on approach and willingness to thrive for both quantitative and qualitative results;
- Result-driven mindset to achieve sales objectives and KPIs both on the short term and long term
- Capability of spreading positive vibes amongst Partners and team members alike.

- A 6-months reimbursed internship, with the possibility to extend / being hired at the end;
