You’ll be the go-to expert on turning 1P and 3rd party data into clear, actionable narratives that support sales efforts, shape thought leadership, and inform go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Translate complex data into client-ready insights, using both TikTok’s internal platform data and syndicated sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Data Science, Product, Creative, Measurement, Marketing) to deliver strategic insights that support commercial objectives
- Partner with the local researcher to execute thought leadership projects and surface market-specific narratives
- Work directly with clients and external partners to align on measurement frameworks, performance drivers, and market trends
- Support the sales teams with insights that elevate pitches, campaigns, and strategic planning across industries
- Represent the Research & Insights team at the Milan office and the company at local industry events, webinars, or other places where your work can come to life
