We are currently looking for a Lean Manufacturing Intern.
How will you contribute:
The candidate will join the Production area to support in the implementation of Lean Methodologies and Continuous Improvement programs.
The new resource will cover this role for both the internal factory and external production units.
He/she will be a useful support in ensuring that the method is fully implemented and supporting a team of experts, able to support the organization in the continuous improvement path.
The candidate we are looking for will support in the following activities:
- Analysing and improve current production processes to optimize KPI’s in quality, efficiency, service level;
- Line balancing in order to ensure right capacity based on the internal volumes;
- Managing activities in time and method;
- Process mapping activities;
- Optimizing flows of information and materials among departments;
- Supporting the continuous development of the area;
- Standardization of procedures,
Who you are:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related degree;
- Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills;
- Analytical skills combined with good negotiation skills;
- Teamwork skill;
- Goal oriented;
- Good Excel knowledge;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
