As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our expanding team. Technical Requirements for the Role:
As a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist at PACE, you will need to have:
Knowledge of process Mapping, SIPOC, EPK, ability to Moderate and Challenge Processes.
Knowledge in Time Management, and MTM, Allowance Times, Performance Rating.
Good Understanding of SAP production planning, Interface 3DX to SAP, Scheduling in SAP, Interface EWM, SAP PEO System Understanding.
Good OPEX Understanding, Philosophy vs. Method, Systems Thinking, experience in communicating a lean philosophy.
A Good Understanding of the Structure of DELMIA, and the Interaction with SAP;
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (C1 level or higher, both written and spoken);
German language skills are considered a plus, as they are helpful when interacting with clients and internal teams.
You will join a highly collaborative and aviation-focused team where your work will help shape the future of aircraft and cabin configuration.
This is a hybrid role based in Gilching, Bavaria (Germany).
Main Responsibilities:
Professional leadership of a small team that takes responsibility for the establishment of process digitalization methods and tools for the manufacturing engineering team.
Value stream mapping / process landscape of the entire production flow.
Establishment of the planning software DELMIA.
Building up of the required SAP processes.
Development of a system of predetermined time studies such as MTM.
Establishment of a Deutsche Aircraft production system.
Support in setting up an end-to-end product delivery process.
Build up lean philosophy within the manufacturing engineering team.
