All about the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Procurement team, reporting directly to the Vice President. This pivotal role will focus on overseeing cross-functional projects within the Platform Components area, acting as a strategic bridge between multiple teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a data-driven approach to ensure seamless execution and alignment across initiatives. What you’ll do:
You will be responsible to coordinate and project manage for Platform Components team, programs such as Risk Management, CDP disclosure and team KPIs and coordinate activities/projects linked to category management KPIs such as dual sourcing, BCC, RMI; coordinate special projects that will be assigned according to the team priorities based on business needs, involving category managers of different areas.
In detail, you will:
- Champion continuous improvement across the Platform Components area by fostering cross-team collaboration, aligning ways of working, and driving the adoption of digital tools and solutions.
- Partner closely with the VP of Platform Components to plan, prepare, and facilitate impactful team communications, including regular calls, the annual communication strategy, and key internal and external events.
- Inspire innovation and engagement by supporting leadership in community-building activities, encouraging fresh ideas, new ways of working, and fostering a strong sense of team belonging.
- Translate strategic priorities into action by helping deploy key initiatives at a granular level, ensuring alignment and execution across the team.
- Coordinate and support core team operations, including Sourcing Board routines, ISS, Swing, and contract management, while also leading onboarding and training initiatives for new team members.
- Collaborate with fellow Process & Project Leads to drive shared initiatives and, where applicable, manage local office activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders both within and beyond Procurement, acting as a trusted partner and connector across the organization.
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management or similar role in a multinational environment
- Ideal profile is detail oriented, analytical and extremely organized.
- Able to analyze a massive amount of data, identify relevant information or trends within the data and organize the relevant data in a way that is easy for the customer to understand and utilize
- Able to manage multiple projects, initiatives and business needs simultaneously
- Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken. Any other language will be an asset.
- Good experience with Excel and Power point. Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft List is a plus
Where you’ll be:
You’ll be based in an international context in the central office for Procurement in Europe in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice.
