We're looking for a Product Knowledge Analyst.
The resource will be responsible for market and competitor analysis, developing data-driven reports and summary visuals. They will also manage relationships with international industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, McKinsey, QKS Group) to acquire new information on market trends and needs, and to qualify the company for international reports. The role involves supporting data-driven strategies for product development, realization, and positioning. The candidate will also manage the product backlog, including creating, ordering, and prioritizing elements based on business value, risk, and stakeholder needs. They will also be tasked with writing clear and detailed user stories and defining acceptance criteria for the development team.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
Analyzing the market and competition, and developing data-driven reports.
Maintaining relationships with international industry analysts to gather market insights and qualify the company for reports.
Supporting data-driven strategies for product development and positioning.
Creating content for online and offline product campaigns, product trees, price lists, and product documentation.
Managing the product backlog, including creation, ordering, and prioritization.
Writing clear and detailed user stories and defining acceptance criteria for the development team.
The role requires possession of the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Economics and Marketing.
Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze complex information.
Effective communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite.
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
Ability to work towards goals , set priorities, and execute projects.
Organizational skills and precision.
Aptitude for teamwork.
Proactive problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics processes and the B2B IT market is considered a plus.
The work location will be our Headquarters in Roreto di Cherasco (CN) with the possibility of travel to other TESISQUARE® offices.
