Posizione:
POSITION PURPOSE:
- Acquires the twice-weekly production plan prepared by S&OP and re-processes it in terms of scheduling for individual Departments (Blending Tower, Oil packaging and Grease and special products). Notifies the Planner and the Production Manager of any problems, proposing the most appropriate solutions.
- Collaborates with the Planner Team ((Bulk Planner, Packaging Planner, Raw Material Planner, Third Parts Planner) in verifying the availability of materials (raw materials and packaging) in order to ensure the feasibility of the planned production in compliance with delivery times and envisaged Plant stocks.
POSITION NATURE & SCOPE:
- Re-processes, in terms of scheduling, the twice-weekly Production Schedule in compliance with its contents and distributes that processed to the blending and filling lines.
- Defines production priorities based on the logistics and sales Shipment Plan and optimises production sequences, taking into account process constraints (set up type and product viscosity) and availability of men, machines, materials and equipment.
Checks in detail that the quantities produced are consistent with those planned
Requisiti:
Qualifications & Education:
Technical Degree- He/She Has held positions in the Production Scheduling field as Procurement Officer for at least one year.
