ANDRITZ Novimpianti is since 2018 part of the ANDRITZ Group. The company provides the paper and board industry with innovative, heavy-duty, competitive, and eco-friendly hoods, steam and condensate systems, heat recovery units, mist elimination, and ventilation systems – for new machines or modernization of existing equipment.
The organizational assignment of the position is presented in the corresponding organizational chart. The Company shall provide the job holder with the necessary work equipment, infrastructure, and personal protective equipment to carry out his activity.
As an employer, the company may also delegate other tasks to the holder of the position that correspond to his previous education and skills. It is assumed that the job holder is willing to travel worldwide.
The job holder is obliged to comply with all legal regulations, works agreements, procedural instructions, and ANDRITZ guidelines and specifications, as well as to comply with the applicable compliance regulations of the ANDRITZ Group (ANDRITZ Code of Conduct and Ethics) and requirements for occupational safety, health, and environmental protection, and to take advantage of the regular training opportunities and eLearning courses.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable QHSE laws, regulations, and standards.
Establish, Implementation and maintenance of QHSE management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 and the risk assessment document.
Stay up to date and communicate the latest QHSE aspects within the egal entity incl. all locations.
Assess the efficiency and monitor the system performance to identifying improvement opportunities on regular basis. Ensure the analyze of internal & external nonconformities.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, and suppliers. (Visiting fairs and conferences, connecting with industry associations).
Conduct QHSE regulatory monitoring and welcome external partners: occupational health, insurance experts, verification and certification bodies during audits and/or inspections.
Leading the QHSE team and represent the LE in the PPN QHSE team. Manage the workload/capacity of the QHSE Team, coordinate the planned activities to avoid interferences.
Aling roles and responsibilities of the team based on global definitions (organization review, job description updates with HR).
Development and implementation of regular training and awareness initiatives on QHSE issues. Providing functional expertise on all QHSE issues.
- QHSE target setting and collection, analysis, and interpretation of QHSE data to track key performance indicators and identify trends
- supporting R&D projects to ensure the consideration of QHSE aspects
- coordinating the preparation and delivery of all required QHSE documents
