All about the role:
As a Process Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing and operational processes consistently deliver products that meet Electrolux’s high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead quality assurance initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments to embed a culture of quality throughout the organization.
In detail, you will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and process standards.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics (e.g., FPY, PPM, scrap rate) and lead root cause analysis for deviations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality methodologies.
- Promote and develop a rigorous approach for requirements and capabilities among the partner functions in the projects (R&D, Product Line, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, etc.); collect and coordinate the execution of project quality plans to achieve set targets with all relevant functions
- Capture and reuse the key Lessons Learned, share best practices with the stakeholders.
- Translate project requirements and attribute targets in a structured data-driven validation plan, meeting the overall project timeline and the checkpoint dates, ensuring the required deliverables.
- Proactively attend to PFMEA sessions to ensure the deployment of the projects in the manufacturing environment, to support the definition of the related Process Control Plan.
- Lead internal audits and manage corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure quality is built into every stage of the process.
- Train and mentor teams on quality tools, standards, and best practices.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D, APQP, PPAP).
- Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
- Experience with ERP and quality management systems (e.g., SAP, QMS).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English

You will be based in Electrolux main Food Preservation global site, in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4.0 investment.
