REGISTRATION STUDENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Reporting to the Registration Student Support Supervisor, the Registration Student Support Specialist assures the proper holding of all the secretarial back office and front office tasks supporting students and faculty in all activities involved in the courses.
The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:
- Assure back office administrative and registration activities such as certificates issue, study plans’ update, credit registration, exams and final exam check and Nabagest update about student careers and personal data.
- Assure administrative support to students throughout the academic life (study plans update, credits registration, badge printing out and distribution); assure the management of the e-mail accounts dedicated to the student careers. Support students with all the requests related to the permit of stay request and renew, fiscal code, health insurance, bank account opening City Council registration.
- Assure the proper holding of all the activities connected to the enrollment and re-enrollment activities: review of enrollment and re-enrollment forms and assure a proper information exchange between Admission and Registration office thorough the pick-up, the registration, check and archive of the documents provided by the international students. Assure a follow up on the students whom document are missing.
- Assure the execution of all the activities connected to the Final exam: study plan check, banners printing, print-out of the official registers of the final exam, final grade registration in Nabagest and print-out and distribution of the certificates required including Diploma Supplement and official parchment of Diploma.
Technical Skills required:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Excell in particular
BA/MA in Languages, Humanities studies or Administration and/or similar
C1 level of English
Customer-oriented, highly motivated, precise, with excellent interpersonal skills
The ideal candidate has previous experience of 2 years in similar role.
He/She is able to work under pressure as a flexible and energetic team player. Good interpersonal skills to interact with the various internal work areas, students and students’ families.
