What you will do
- Our Sales teams have specialist and industry knowledge to help our customers build their journeys.
- Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
- Execution of Oracle Retail strategy.
- Closes business, delivering quota against target and renewals.
- Ensure proper pipeline coverage; get the most return from demand generation campaigns, progression, conversion, and participation rates.
- Identify, understand, and flex the optimal components of pipeline growth with relentless focus.
- Establish strong customer relationships to position Oracle’s Retail and Oracle full SaaS Strategic pillars around the customer’s digital transformation.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Partner with existing customers for upselling opportunities and renewable business.
- Update sales forecasts, record activities and build proper opportunity close plans.
- Ensure proper pipeline coverage, get the most return of demand generation campaign, deal progression and conversion.
Experience
- Retail Sales Software experience, an understanding of the importance of Retail.
- Knowledge of Retail Market and Retail Customers
- Customer needs analysis, consultative selling, sales process acumen and position Oracle Application Solutions Competitive Awareness
- Successful sales track record
- Ability to offer unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths
- Adept at driving two-way communication by clearly articulating value proposition and teaching to customer’s pain points
- Business development, prospecting and strong presentation skills.
