We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the European offshore renewables market. You’ll manage sales, bidding, and contracting processes, building strong client relationships and delivering winning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver sales and bidding strategies.
- Manage opportunities from enquiry to contract signing.
- Negotiate terms and ensure smooth handovers to operations.
- Conduct market research and represent the business at industry events.
About You
- Degree in engineering, business, or similar, with 5+ years’ commercial experience.
- Background in renewables or energy (offshore wind desirable).
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and contract management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
