We are looking for a Sales Manager for Europe and the DACH region to join our team
Your tasks:
- Management and support of the international sales force and internal sales staff
- Market development and expansion of the international customer network
- Strategic development, planning, implementation and monitoring of the sales strategy
- Identifying customer needs and translating them into needs-based solutions
- Planning and implementation of agreed targets and reporting directly to management
Your profile:
- Completed business administration or comparable studies, alternatively commercial training with several years of international professional experience as a Sales Manager
- The candidate must have excellent leadership and sales team management skills, actively supporting employees, enhancing their skills, and fostering their professional growth
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in the natural stone sector is an advantage
- Necessary language skills: German, Italian and English
- Communication skills, negotiating skills, assertiveness
