How you create impact
- Ensure operational excellence by managing shipments with precision and in line with company standards.
- Apply optimized proceedings to ensure development of sea transportation operational KPIs.
- Contribute to cooperation with suppliers for shipments management.
- Process customer orders, promptly address complaints, and resolve any issues as a top priority.
- Work closely with Customer Care and the Systems & Processes teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to the effective management of Full Supply Chain Logistics (FSL) processes.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and standards in all operational activities.
- Adhere to Good Pharmaceutical Practices (GxP) in all relevant activities.
What we would like you to bring
- At least 2 years of experience in sea transportation.
- Solid understanding of import and/or export sea operations.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable.
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is required.
