Responsibilities:

Increase sales by maximising shelf share in-store

Monitor in-store assortment to minimise out-of-stock (OOS) situations

Collaborate with Store Managers to define the best secondary placements for each promotional event, in line with company objectives

Track and monitor sales activities to ensure sales targets are met, and initiate actions to boost performance and maximise each store’s potential

Maximise local promotional orders in alignment with assigned targets

Provide actionable insights to support promotions, assortment optimization, and pricing strategies

Track the performance of new product launches and recommend corrective actions when needed

Identify customer needs and recommend relevant product solutions

Produce regular sales performance reports for the Sales Management Team

Qualifications:

Minimum of a secondary school diploma; higher education is an advantage

0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably within the FMCG sector

Good understanding of merchandising principles and in-store execution

Familiarity with sales tools and practices

Up-to-date knowledge of the local market and retail landscape

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and well-organised, with the ability to work independently

Ability to build strong relationships with store personnel and key contact

Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
