We are looking for a Solution Analyst within Services function to join our international team based in Milan. The role focuses on designing and supporting the implementation of integrated digital manufacturing and industrialization solutions, enabling customers to connect product engineering with manufacturing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end transformation paths that connect engineering, industrialization, and production through digital solutions (3DEXPERIENCE Platform)
- Lead process analysis workshops with customers to capture AS-IS processes, define TO-BE scenarios, and identify improvement opportunities
- Design solution architectures that integrate key domains such as MBOM, Bill of Process, Work Instructions, Routing/Cycles, and ERP systems
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (IT, process owners, System Integrators) to ensure feasibility, scalability, and consistency with business goals translating complex business requirements into structured solution
- Support Fit-Gap analysis between customer needs and standard functionalities of platforms like PLM, ERP, and Manufacturing Process Management tools
Promote modern architectures including cloud-based deployments, modular integration, and data governance practices.
Qualification
- The job requires a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, but if you don't have one, you can still qualify if you have an equivalent qualification or relevant experience that is considered acceptable in place of the degree
- Solid experience in engineering product definition, manufacturing process design, ERP integration, or digital industrialization projects
- Knowledge of manufacturing BOM (MBOM), Bill of Process, Work Instructions, and configurable product/process structures
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management platforms (PLM) and an understanding of engineering-to-manufacturing handover
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) and their integration with other systems
- Analytical mindset and strong communication skills to align technical solutions with business strategies.
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
