Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and understand customer requirements regarding pharmaceutical products, ensuring that all specifications and requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Follow product developments from the design phase to production, ensuring that all stages are completed according to quality standards and within the specified timelines.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve problems that may arise during the production process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective and timely solutions.
• Implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain close collaboration with quality, regulatory, and production teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure that all manufacturing activities align with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong understanding of GMP.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey technical information.
