Armani Hotel Milan is looking for an Intern in the Spa Department. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for delivering great customer service and excellent communication skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for the cleaning and the tiding up of all SPA areas, especially after guest visits and usage of SPA facilities and services
- Be responsible for the tiding up and the refilling of changing rooms, lockers, showers, juice bar, gym area, back of house
- Assure SPA premises and equipment are kept clean at all times keeping the common areas impeccable
- Ensure that guest experience exceed expectations
- Help to welcome guests upon arrival to the SPA in a courteous and prompt manner
- Escort guests through the SPA areas illustrating them the SPA journey, available supplies for guests and facilities, gym equipment and changing areas
- Ensure a high quality of service to guests and visitors at all times, understanding and anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations
- Learn to deal with guests’ requests and needs in efficient and effective manner
- Support in recording all treatments details in an accurate way, including guests preferences and relevant medical information, in order to fully manage SPA treatments bookings
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Working computer skills and knowledge
- Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in Europe
