As a Group Strategy Analyst, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team. In this role you’ll be primarily responsible for impactful initiatives, supporting Business Units and Regions across multiple countries.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Lead in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to uncover new growth opportunities and anticipate potential risks.
- Contribute to high-profile strategic programs, including Digital Euro and Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, extract actionable insights, and deliver compelling recommendations to senior leadership.
- Continuously monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies, ensuring agile adjustments to maximize impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to provide forward-thinking insights that fuel Nexi’s growth ambitions.
- Support Public Affairs and Investor Relations teams, strengthening our engagement with key external stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic market intelligence and process management.

- Solid track record of program management excellence.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Digital Payments or Fintech Ecosystems
- Exposure to AI and Emerging Technologies
