Job Description
The Strategy & Transformation Associate is responsible for managing cros-functional and international projects that lead to the evolution of the company and create impact across the company verticals and region (In HQ and in the Foreign Entities). The resource is also responsible of developing and monitoring market (Competitive intelligence, market and tend evolution), performance to support the setting and execution of Transformation & Strategy Dept. activities geared toward the evolution and innovation of the company's business, its strategy and organization.
Key Responsabilities:
1.01 Ownership of transformation projects aimed by strategic business development purpose
1.02 Support organizational changes with a view to continuous improvement and updating of business processes in order to achieve Business objectives through control actions, analysis and modeling
1.03 Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve business transformation benchmarks
1.04 Supporting Country managers and functional teams in driving forward impactful cross functional initiatives
1.05 Supporting the CEO and the Leadership team in regular meetings and driving the resulting initiatives
1.06 Monitoring actual performance versus the plan, proposing the implementation of corrective action and sharing this with the manager in order to maximise sales and profits
1.07 Supporting the Manager by creating frameworks that take into account their stakeholders and commercial and corporate profitability requirements
1.08 Constantly monitoring the qualitative and quantitative performance of the main phenomena of interest to the area in order to produce dynamic and innovative outputs to support the business of interest.
1.09 Monitoring direct and indirect competitors and analysing internal and external phenomena, with the aim of creating benchmarks for the constant monitoring of the external market
1.10 Evaluating and proposing technological revisions useful for achieving the set objectives and developing advanced and effective methodologies to ensure targeted results for the department
Qualifications
- STEM Degrees (Engineering/Economics/Finance/Maths)
- 2-5 years of experience on Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking or similars
- Professional Background in Fashion (plus)
- Highly quantitative and analitical mindset
- Proficiency on English knowledge (native or fluent written and oral)
- High knowledge of key digital tools: Excel (advance), Power Point, Tableau (optional)
- Key motivational requirements: Wanting to develop a career in fashion; willing to work in an intense and dynamic environment that requires going the extra mile; mentoring junior resources; developing deep expertise on fashion functional areas
