We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Team as TECHNICAL WRITER INTERN.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical documentation, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic IT services environment.
The internship will include the following activities:
Participate in meetings with technical and business stakeholders to gather input for the review of technical documentation;
Collaborate with technical teams to collect and structure information related to our core service areas, including Private & Public Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Native solutions;
Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation related to service delivery processes of our Business Units;
Contribute to the drafting of technical product sheets and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
Hard Skills:
Master's Degree in Management Engineering or related field;
Ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation;
Capability to structure information logically for readability and consistency;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory;
Good knowledge of Visio is a plus.
Language Skills:
Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory;
Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Proactivity and willingness to learn;
Problem-solving and analytical mindset;
Attention to details;
Teamwork and collaboration.
