Job Description
Would you like to join the Visual Merchandising Team of one of the Max Mara Group Brands?
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will support the Area Manager in defining the exhibition guidelines for the specific Brand, ensuring the consistency of the visual merchandising image across our stores worldwide.
Qualifications
What will your responsibilities be?
You will support the Manager in the creation of image projects, coordinating the activities of the involved entities (designers, VM suppliers office), ensuring deadlines are met and monitoring production.
Together with the visual merchandising team, you will participate in defining the brand's exhibition guidelines for points of sale through the creation of window display books and illustrative material, in order to guarantee an adequate image level, consistent with company standards and the identity of the collections.
You will manage the setups for internal presentations and the image of the points of sale, in accordance with commercial and product needs and the brand's promotional-communicative initiatives.
You will oversee the development of special projects (pop-ups, temporary installations, etc.), directly managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating market prices, monitoring production, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Additional Information
If you have...
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), with a specialization in visual merchandising and image management.
Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, with a strong aesthetic and visual sensibility.
Strong organizational skills
A natural predisposition for relationships and teamwork.
Good level of English (B2).
