We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who understands that email isn’t just about sending, it’s about selling. Someone who knows how to grow a database, build smart flows, and launch campaigns that convert.
You’ll work cross-functionally with design, content, IT, UX, and BI to scale email into a high-performing revenue channel. This role demands hands-on execution, sharp attention to performance metrics, and ownership across campaign and automation flows.
What You’ll Do
- Execute our monthly email calendar from planning and briefing to sending and reporting
- Build and optimise automated flows for every lifecycle stage (welcome, cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
- Work with the cross-functional teams to securely use data for segmentation and targeting
- Set up and test email templates, campaigns, and flows in Klaviyo
- Collaborate with content, design, and developers to bring campaigns to life
- Run regular A/B tests across subject lines, content, send times, and segmentation
- Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports to key stakeholders
- Keep internal teams updated on what’s going out and what’s coming next
- Stay sharp: monitor trends, benchmark against competitors, and bring in new ideas
- Drive subscriber growth while improving database health and engagement
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or direct response
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms (flows, segments, templates, reporting)
- Strong skills in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimisation
- Data-focused mindset with confidence using Excel or Google Sheets to track and analyse results
- Good working knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting logic
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines without dropping the ball
- Solid written English and good communication with cross-functional teams
- Creative thinker who also loves structure and testing
- Comfortable owning projects, tracking KPIs, and learning fast
Nice to Have
- Experience with ecommerce and multi-market B2C brands
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliant list growth practices
- Comfort working with BI dashboards, dev teams, or advanced data fields
- Light HTML or email layout troubleshooting knowledge
