About the job
As a Trade Marketing & POS Intern, you will join the Trade Marketing team and support the development and management of promotional materials (catalogues, leaflets, communication tools) for product launches at the point of sale.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Category, and local market teams, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.
This role is located in Fabriano (AN) and reports directlty to the Head of Trade Marketing.
Main task & Responsibilities
During your internship, you will be involved in the following activities:
- Assisting in the development of marketing and communication materials for use at the point of sale (POS) and across multiple touchpoints;
- Supporting the coordination of cross-functional input (Marketing, Sales, Category, Training) to ensure alignment with project objectives;
- Helping to ensure consistency with brand identity and style guidelines across all visual assets;
- Coordinating with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams on project timelines and deliverables;
- Contributing to the planning and distribution of marketing content to internal teams and external partners;
- Supporting the review and approval processes for promotional materials;
- Conducting market research and collecting insights to support new project proposals;
- Collaborating with the Brand team on the adaptation of global guidelines for local markets;
- Assisting in the execution of advertising campaigns, including brief development and asset coordination.
Requirements & Competencies
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Economy, Communication, Design, or related fields;
- Fluent English and Italian (spoken & written). Other language is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel);
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus;
- Strong interest in marketing and visual communication, with great attention to detail;
- Good organizational and time management skills, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset;
- Team player attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
