The HR Intern will support the Division HR Manager and HR Generalist in all-round HR cycle and daily HR activities concerning the Gessate plant and, on occasion, other plants within the Division.
While the Intern will primarily be based in HR, they will also provide support to the Quality Team by assisting with HR-related activities within the IATF certification action plan, ensuring effective contribution to the certification process.
Your day-to-day
- IATF certification action plan: HR-related activities within the IATF certification action plan
- Recruitment: contacts with agencies, scheduling interviews, on occasion participating in interviews
- HR Administration: contacts with Payroll team to share any relevant employee information and documents (onboarding, contracts, data changes, etc.)
- Employee relations: contacts with relevant Production Shopfloor roles to handle various HR related employee requests (payslips, welfare, etc.)
- Internal communication: preparing organizational communications upon request, updating the
- Communication and HR board with any new relevant HR topic
- Projects: active involvement in local project teams and other HR-related projects (engagement initiatives, trainings, etc.)
Who we are looking for
- University degree, an HR-related discipline is a plus
- Availability for a 6-months full time internship
- One previous work experience in an office environment, HR experience is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English
- IT savvy
