ING Bank Italy is looking for a HR Analytics Stageur who will join the HR Department at our Office in Milan.
You will have the chance to work in an international environment, getting to know the HR processes and giving your contribution and support on:
Analysis and reporting of key HR metrics
Training tracking and reporting, including Global and Local Mandatory Training for ING Staff
Satisfaction surveys implementation
Funded training program tracking with the support of experienced consultants
Workday implementation and related support activities
Performance Management monitoring
Support to HR Business Partners in relation to personnel management/ administration activities
Ensuring a WOW experience also within the activities dedicated to employees that will be organized, finding new and innovative ways for interaction
In addition to the above activities, you will also have the opportunity to support and contribute to other HR processes, initiatives or projects as much as feasible and helpful to grow as HR professional.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or humanistic disciplines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Power Point )
Fluent in Italian and in English
Proactivite approach
Analytical skills with close attention to details
Collaborative attitude
Result driven and problem solver
International background and experience, i.e. Erasmus, will be a plus
