Job Purpose
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Turin. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, eager to learn, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in various HR activities within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, training, internal communication)
  • Support internal events and training programs
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and operations
  • Help organize onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws

Experience Required
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or Master in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English and Italian

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage data with the proper accuracy
  • Time Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
  • Problem-Solving: Able to identify issues and propose practical solutions
  • Digital Literacy: Familiarity with HRIS systems or willingness to learn (e.g. SAP Success Factors)
  • Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and Integrity: High level of confidentiality and ethical behavior
