How you'll live your ambition

Your role as an integral part of the Shoreside Payroll & Admin team will be based in our Genoa HQ, where you'll have the opportunity to oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring the smooth execution of salary, bonus, and benefit payments while supporting colleagues on payroll and employment matters. You'll be the go-to person for all payroll and admin-related queries, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Demonstrate your passion

  • You'll monitor our payroll processes, ensuring their accuracy and punctuality. Your curiosity will navigate the complexities of compensation, benefits, and tax and social security declarations.
  • You'll assist the application of employment laws and administer benefit programs such as health insurance and pension plans, supporting colleagues with HR and legal queries.
  • Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ADP software will be instrumental in streamlining processes.

Get things right

  • You’ll support processing the end-to-end payroll, ensuring the timely and accurate payment of salaries and other compensation.
  • You will prepare and transmit fiscal and social security declarations, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Your role will involve handling absence management and providing guidance to colleagues on payroll and employment law queries.

  • Experience and educational background in HR or a related field are highly appreciated. We welcome entry-level applicants who are passionate about shaping their journey in the cruise industry.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and a working knowledge of payroll software is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
  • Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will ensure the integrity of our payroll processes.
  • A proactive approach, fast learning skills and curiosity are essential, along with excellent communication skills.
