Posizione:
Artemest is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. This role provides deep exposure to the operational core of a dynamic e-commerce business, with a strong focus on maintaining clean data, streamlining processes, and supporting operational excellence through systems such as SAP. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset and a strong desire to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliable, efficient operations.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Operational Excellence
- Maintain and update critical data and documentation in SAP, ensuring clean and consistent order records across systems.
- Manage data entry activities related to orderswith a high level of precision and consistency.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of internal processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting workflow enhancements.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure that order handoffs and dispatches are executed seamlessly.
- Coordinate with the Administration, Finance & Control (AFC) team to ensure alignment on invoicing, payments, and financial reconciliation of orders.
- Support the full lifecycle of orders from confirmation to fulfillment, ensuring operational accuracy and system integrity at every step.
- Collaborate with our network of Italian artisans to monitor production timelines, update order statuses, and ensure timely progression of tasks. Contribute to the development of dashboards or operational reports, providing insights to support decision-making across departments.
Offer details:
- Duration: 6 months
- Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm)
- Monthly compensation: 600€
- Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policy
Requisiti:
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Managementor a related field with a process-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and organizational skills, with a sharp attention to detail and data integrity.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and confidence working with large datasetsis a plus.
- Familiarity with Excel or similar tools for data analysis and operational tracking.
- Proactive and solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Previous experience or internship in Operations, Logistics, or Data Management is a strong plus.
