Job Description
THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION (1yr CONTRACT)
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Support Engineer to join our team in Muggiò (MB). In this key role, you will support the sales department throughout the bidding process, ensure high-quality post-sales support, and help deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Provide technical support after sales, ensuring effective solution implementation and customer satisfaction
Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products or customized solutions
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Previous experience in a technical sales support role is preferred
- Solid understanding of engineering principles; knowledge of rotating equipment is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal — able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
- Confident presentation skills and a proactive attitude
- Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or industry events
