Brand Specialist
The challenge
You will support the execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Lines, Digital, Trade Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and to deliver impactful product launches and activations.This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude in managing marketing activities and consumer-focused campaigns.
What you will do
- Assist in the local adaptation and implementation of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with market-specific needs.
- Support the execution of 360° brand activations, covering both digital and offline channels, including product launches, in-store activities, promotions, and events.
- Coordinate the development and localization of brand communication materials, including content for digital platforms, POS materials, brochures, and packaging.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to define and support value propositions and storytelling for new product introductions.
- Monitor consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends to gather insights and suggest tactical actions.
- Support in the creation and update of the activation calendar, ensuring timely execution of all planned initiatives.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting on KPIs and providing insights for improvement.
- Work with digital and CRM teams to contribute to customer engagement initiatives, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer journey across touchpoints.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure the quality and consistency of brand assets.
- Contribute to budget management by supporting invoices, tracking marketing spend, and ensuring alignment with allocated budgets.
What you need to succeed
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles, preferably in consumer goods or consumer electronics.
Must have: Strong communication, planning, and project management skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross-functional activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Languages: Fluent in English and Italian
