What you’ll do:
- Lead the strategy to convert digital and retail prospects into active players across PokerStars Italy.
- Coordinate and improve all aspects of the entire registration process, including onboarding to boost conversion rates.
- Define and lead all aspects of welcome offer mechanics, monitor performance, return on investment, and regulatory alignment.
- Coordinate onboarding journeys and multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) to drive first deposit and KYC completion.
- Track important metrics throughout the conversion process, suggesting improvements guided by data analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless and compliant user journeys.
What you’ll bring:
- You have solid experience in CRM, digital marketing, or conversion strategy, ideally in regulated or high-complexity industries.
- You possess strong analytical capabilities and are confident using data to evaluate funnel performance and optimize user activation.
- You have experience in planning and implementing multi-channel onboarding campaigns and acquisition journeys.
- You have excellent project management and coordination skills, working effectively with product, tech, and compliance teams.
- You’re a confident communicator in both Italian and English, able to align cross-functional collaborators.
- You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and can balance structure with adaptability.
- You are willing to travel within Europe as required by business needs.
