Corporate Affairs Specialist – Fixed Term
What will your challenge be?
The candidate will join our legal team, directly reporting to the Group General Counsel, taking part to global operations in more than 12 foreign jurisdictions, expected to increase in the near future.
The candidate will provide legal support on:
- domestic and international M&A, lateral hires and joint ventures;
- post M&A integration activities;
- general corporate law matters;
- management of incentive schemes and extraordinary corporate transactions (capital increases, incorporation of new entities, etc.);
- corporate affairs activities.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and potentially be exposed to various levels of the global organization as well as to other stakeholders.
Are you our new colleague?
Job Experience: 3-4 years post lauream (or 2 years PQE), with strong and extensive experience in corporate law, M&A and extraordinary transactions, gained either in international or in major Italian law firms. In-house expertise in multi-national companies (also through secondment opportunities) will be considered as a preferential element.
Education: Second-level degree in law.
Languages: Full working proficiency in English (written and oral).
Personal Skills: Ability to work in a team, hands-on approach and pragmatism, problem solving skills, attention to details, ability to work on different matters simultaneously, flexibility.
