We are looking for a Facilities Specialist who will be ensuring the optimal working environment for all employees by providing full maintenance services of buildings and equipment as well as promoting safety conditions.

- Oversee and coordinate external contractors and vendors for the maintenance of buildings and equipment, including headquarters, offices, showrooms, and retail stores.
- Monitor and manage both routine and extraordinary maintenance activities and schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues, assess maintenance needs, and recommend repairs or renovations.
- Supervise daily cleaning operations and surveillance system maintenance.
- Manage utilities to ensure optimal efficiency and cost control.
- Oversee purchase order (PO) processes and vendor documentation.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and process documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
- A high school diploma in a technical discipline (a degree in Architecture or Engineering is a plus).
- At least one year of experience in a multi-unit facilities management environment.
- Strong ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of priority understanding and sense of urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good level of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform well in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
