In this role of Customer Care Specialist you will contribute to the operational plan of own department, prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
Some of the essential responsibilities are listed below:
- Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
- Handles standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
- Contributes to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
- Handles targeted clients
- Expected to define customer approach autonomously
- Leads a department of large personnel costs.
- Handles Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence

To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least experience in Customer Care / Sales)
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
