ELI - Project Engineer

Job Description:

The duties of the CPE office, in its whole, consist of:
•Definition of the work breakdown with technical areas for all the approved modifications
•Execution of the design and its integration for all the approved modifications
•Configuration control of the product
•Guarantee the flow and coherence of information between the different models  in which the product family could be, possibly, splitted
•Continuous airworthiness of the Product (Type or Prototype): 
-Events classification, 
-NI / Occurrence Reports investigation management, 
-Implementation of the necessary safety instructions/modifications
-SB / ETI and major repairs contents and definition (in collaboration with PSE)

In this scenario the Project Engineer aim is to support the CPE for the coordination of specific design and project. Project Engineer will act as the interface between the CPE Office, Technical Areas, others Company Functions and Customers.

For the assigned task, the Project Engineer is responsible for:
-Support Technical Area’s CPs in the definition of requirements and interfaces;
-Coordinate the development and certification process, taking care especially of multidisciplinary tasks (technical documentation, parts, RIGs, Instrumentation)
-Manage the first prototype and production installation to verify certification issues and performances;
-Coordinate the plan of assign tasks and its schedule adherence;
-Support Marketing in bid analysis and configuration feasibility;
-Coordinate technically the product improvement process, with the Department involved (for example Customer Support).

Requirements:

Degree in Technical Field;
-Previous experience in Technology & Programs or Production or Customer Support;
-Good English Knowledge;
-Availability to travel for short/medium period;
-Good knowledge of the Company organization and procedures;
-Capabilities to work in an international environment; 
-Team Working capabilities;
-Systemic mindset.
