ELITE – Business Analyst Intern
The resource - within the Strategy and Business Development division - will support data-driven activities and strategic initiatives by gathering, organizing and analysing information from complex datasets to extract actionable insights in order to enhance business performance and decision-making, both for internal scope (i.e. analysis, reporting, …) and for business development insights (i.e. clients' needs mapping, data strategy evolution, data-driven upselling/cross selling opportunities).
The Business Analyst will contribute to the development and innovation of current ELITE membership services and offering, ensuring a continuous evolution of ELITE’s value proposition to meet member need and market trends.
The resource will work in coordination with the other ELITE's business divisions including product, sales and marketing to continuously enhance and foster a data driven approach across all ELITE’s functions.
Activities will involve data operations and manipulation tasks including cleaning and integration. The resource will use tools such as Excel and query languages to transform and enrich data through data mapping techniques, and tools such as Power BI to analyse and visualize data and insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: assure data quality and maintenance of data assets (internal DB), valorization and integration of unstructured data, classification and extraction of relevant information from different data sources. Namely, maintain and update dashboards, reports, and visualizations (Excel, Power BI, …) to communicate key metrics and insights effectively.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Provide actionable insights based on data and produce solid data sets usable for internal and external analysis and visualization
- Evaluate success drivers and KPIs for new membership services, by providing business update and insights on initiatives’ performance
- Support on Strategy & Business Development objectives:
- Perform market analysis to identify trends and membership opportunities through business analysis and provide actionable potential offer/product and sales activities
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and business analyses to support strategic development and decision-making.
- Participate in the development and structuring of materials for internal meetings or client presentations.
- Help to develop strategies aimed at analyzing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to support the development of new products/solutions and maintenance of existing products/solutions in line with client requirements and data mapping.
Candidate Profile/ Key Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
- Interest in business strategy, innovation and data analytics.
- Good/Excellent knowledge of Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI) or data analysis tools and languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proactive attitude, precision and attention to detail, ability to adapt in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
- Collaborative, open, pragmatic, team-worker, customer oriented and data driven approach to work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience is a plus.
