Role Description

Your role
As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing the property, maintenance activities, and related services, as well as overseeing investment projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the internal team responsible for support services.
- Managing facilities, offices, the plant, and infrastructure.
- Planning and supervising maintenance activities for buildings, structures, and green areas.
- Managing waste and the water treatment plant.
- Supervising security systems (smoke detection, gas, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, hydrants, etc.).
- Managing external suppliers and the expense budget.
- Organizing corporate events and overseeing reception, security, cafeteria, and cleaning services.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we would expect you to have:
- A technical diploma (preferably as a Surveyor) or a degree in Civil/Management Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in complex industrial settings.
- Knowledge of 2D CAD software (3D is optional).
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in using the Office suite.
Your new team
You will join the Technical Services and Facilities department, based in Segrate (Milan). You will work closely with an internal team and collaborate with external suppliers, local authorities (Municipality, Fire Department, Health and Safety Agency, etc.), and other company functions to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and services.
