We are looking for a Factory Controller who will become a key member of a team of 9 experts and report directly to the Industrial Controlling Manager for Southern Europe. You will be working in a dynamic, collaborative environment where teamwork, knowledge sharing, and the desire for continuous learning and progress are highly valued.
Your main responsibilities
- Prepare the annual production budget and forecasts, including data collection and analysis, reviewing current processes in the organization, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the accuracy of inventories and assets.
- Compile reports required at the company and Group level.
- Analyze, check, and summarize the plant’s accounting and statistical data to provide management with solid foundations for decision-making, including variance analysis and trend monitoring.
- Define and implement corrective and preventive measures in cooperation with local management and supervisors, with the aim of increasing production efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues on report preparation, data analysis, benchmarking, and ensuring compliance with internal processes within production controlling.
- Set financial policies, controlling processes, and reporting tools to support business case development, ensure sound investment decisions, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure accurate financial information and necessary coordination with the central finance team, providing support and suggestions for process improvement.
- Assist users in implementing internal and external procedures in line with Group standards, verify their application, and propose changes when needed.
- Conduct internal audits to verify procedure compliance, make recommendations, agree and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of the ERP system in production, oversee the functioning of specific modules, and coordinate the development of any new features or processes that impact finances or Group standards.
- Actively participate in cost control projects.
- Continuously monitor IT tool functionalities, ensure their optimal use, and contribute to their development.

Requirements:
- University degree in economics or technical field
- 2-3 years of work experience in similar roles
- Responsible and independent person, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Active knowledge of Italian and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Mandatory knowledge of SAP CO-FI module
- Advantage: knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query
- Availability for regular business trips
