Cerchiamo una figura come Finance Intern da inserire nel team Finance Beauty della Business HPC & Beauty, con sede a Milano.

Farai la differenza supportando l'analisi finanziaria e i processi decisionali che contribuiscono alla redditività e all'efficienza del Brand Collistar. Fornirai assistenza nella raccolta di dati finanziari accurati e nell'elaborazione di insight, garantendo una gestione finanziaria solida e la conformità con le politiche finanziarie aziendali.
Come sarà la tua agenda:
- invio giornaliero dell'avanzamento del fatturato aziendale
- gestione giornaliera dell'anagrafica di prodotto
- supporto al team F&A nelle chisure mensili riguardanti il fatturato e il costo del venduto
- supporto al team F&A nella redazione e nell'inserimento dei target mensili
- supporto al team F&A nell'inserimento e nella gestione delle anagrafiche nei diversi sistemi aziendali (Akeron, SalesWare, Tagetik)
- supporto al team di marketing e trade marketing nella realizzazione di P&L per lanci e rilanci prodotti
- supporto al team F&A nei controlli periodici sulle scontistiche contratturali in fattura e fuori fattura con analisi di principali evidenze e scostamenti
- supporto al team F&A per le richieste di variance analysis (effetto mix, effetto price, effetto costo)
Il tuo team:
Riporterai direttamente al Senior Business Controller
Che cosa ti rende un buon fit:
- Hai una laurea specialistica, o triennale seguita da un master, in Economia, o Management con interesse ad intraprendere un percorso di crescita in ambito Finance
- Hai un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Hai un’ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e di Excel e buone doti analitiche
- Proattività, autonomia, forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico sono soft skills che ti contraddistinguono
- Hai eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali

We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our Finance Beauty team within the HPC & Beauty Business Unit, based in Milan.
How you make the difference
You will make a difference by supporting financial analysis and decision-making processes that contribute to the profitability and efficiency of the brand Collistar. You will assist in collecting accurate financial data and developing insights, ensuring solid financial management and compliance with corporate financial policies.
How your agenda looks like:
- Daily management and maintenance of product master data
- Daily reporting of company revenue performance
- Support to the Finance & Administration team during month-end closings related to revenue and cost of goods sold
- Assistance in drafting and entering monthly financial targets
- Support in the entry and management of master data across various company systems (Akeron, SalesWare, Tagetik)
- Collaboration with the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams in preparing P&Ls for product launches and relaunches
- Support in periodic checks on contractual discounts (on-invoice and off-invoice), with analysis of key findings and variances
- Assistance with variance analysis requests (mix effect, price effect, cost effect)
Your team:
You will directly report to the Senior Business Controller
What makes you a great fit:
- You have a master's degree or a bachelor's degree followed by a master's in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or Management, with an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing & Sales.
- You have an excellent command of the English language.
- You have strong knowledge of the Office suite and Excel, along with good analytical skills.
- Proactivity, autonomy, a strong results orientation, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are your distinguishing soft skills.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
