Global Sustainable Procurement Internship | Starting date: September 2025 | 6 months | Milan
For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Procurement & Supply Chain ESG team. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
You’ll be in charge of supporting the definition and implementation of suppliers’ ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) framework including:
- Assessing and monitoring suppliers’ ESG risks and sustainability practices, including risk mapping and assessments follow ups.
- Managing Amplifon’s Supplier Code of Conduct (ScoC) acceptance process
- Managing internal and external reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sustainable procurement, at country and global level
- Implementing and managing data collection of suppliers’ key ESG information, related to sustainability certifications and climate strategy (emission data).
You are the right person if you:
- Have a background in Economics, Business Management, Engineering and/or Sustainability
- Have a strong personal interest in Sustainability
- Are a fast learner, proactive & attentive to details
- Have strategic thinking, data analysis, and project management skills
- Possess a good command of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
