YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA
As a Group Organization & Process Trainee, based in Lomazzo or Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Group Organization & Change Management team, helping us standardizing and harmonizing its core systems and services.

HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE
Here’s how you’ll bring this role to life each day — making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise:
- Support the Organization & Change Management team in day-to-day activities and ongoing projects related to Organization, HRIS, Human Resources Management, Performance Evaluation, Talent Review, Compensation, E-Learning, Change Management and SOX;
- Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners worlwide on transformation initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE
This is how you show up:
- You hold a University Master’s degree preferably in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management or similar;
- You’re skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams;
- You’re known for confidentiality and discretion, great communication skills (both written and oral) proactivity, flexibility and problem solving; you’re analytical and detail-oriented, and it shows in how you work with others;
- You communicate fluently in English and feel confident working in diverse teams.
