Position
Within the Global High Jewelry & High-End Watches (High-End) team , based in Rome , we are searching for a High-End Events Global Client Coordination Manager .
Reporting to the High-End Client Development Director , this role has the aim to coordinate our initiatives leveraging on our global calendar of High-End (HE) events to maximise business opportunities while ensuring excellence from client targeting to event preparation and execution.
Job responsibilities
Main tasks
- Support the definition and implementation of client targeting strategies for both existing and new clients, closely working with markets
- Coordinate attendance and sales targets definition for international HE events
- Contribute to the design, planning and coordination of exclusive high-end client events in partnership with both central and local stakeholders to ensure elevated client experience, meeting sales targets and aligning future initiatives with client expectations
- Coordinate international client participation to HE events, from driving the client selection process to post-event analysis (qualitative and quantitative data)
- Analyse top client data & event performance to inform future event planning.
- Work on the development and market adoption of the new methodologies, processes and tools (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Monitor competitors’ activities related to HE events and provide insights to enhance strategies
- Work on global ad hoc HE clienteling projects to ensure the development of our HE client database
Profile
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities:
- University degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 6-7 years working experience in a luxury environment.
- Planning and Project Management capability; related certification will be considered a plus.
- Good relational and communication skills.
- Good numerical literacy and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and express business needs to various internal stakeholders, applying a quali/quantitative approach. Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
