Your mission:

In this role you will be a member of our People team and work closely with People Managers and Associates.

You will coordinate HR processes, lead initiatives on performance, culture & engagement, and act as point of reference for compliance, benefits, and the Time & Attendance system.

Responsibilities

  • Support People Managers and Associate Manager across People processes (Job Evaluations, pay changes, People Planning).
  • Act as local contact for Talent Acquisition, coordinating recruiting processes and internships.
  • Lead the delivery of the Performance Management Process, Calibration sessions and Transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit interviews, ensuring smooth employee experience.
  • Manage local benefits (medical, transport, wellness) and coordinate training sessions with internal/external providers.
  • Draft and update HR policies, supporting annual Compliance activities and related trainings.
  • Act as business owner of the Time & Attendance system, oversee payroll variable data collection and ensure LUL accuracy.
  • Support Milan HQ operations (maintenance, office layout) and act as Process Owner for assigned Key Controls within GCS framework.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (ideally in a multinational company); a degree in Humanities or related fields is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of Italian labour law and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactiveness, teamwork attitude, analytical mindset and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; Spanish would be an advantage.
  • Good command of MS Office; familiarity with payroll processes would be considered an asset.
