Front Office Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will lead HR Services operations in the HR Front Office team for Greece, Balkans & Israel Countries (oversighted by Italy), driving end-to-end processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with global standards and local compliance requirements.
Work model:#LI-Hybrid; this role will be based in Italy or Greece or Croatia
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
Leading HR Front Office teams across above mentioned Countries and managing people strategy, including workforce planning, training, and succession planning.
Ensuring end-to-end HR operations activities including ticket management, Workday and local tools update, payroll, compliance and hire-to-retire processes within such Countries.
Driving continuous improvement, customer experience, and operational performance while managing financial aspects.
Collaborating with global and local stakeholders to support initiatives, ensure service consistency, and lead change management.
Qualifications for the Role
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Human Resource fields, preferably in HR Operations
Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, compliance, and service center operations.
Experience in people management and stakeholder collaboration, mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive improvement.
You are at ease communicating in English
