We are currently looking for a Supplier & Brand Relations Analyst who will be part of the Kering Supply Chain Audit Department, in our Florence office.
Job Description
Your opportunity
With analytical skills, you will analyze stakeholder needs and prepare useful reports to represent KPIs and targets achieved and you will provide support for audit planning activities. You will also contribute to the management of the information systems in use in the Department, supporting users. Your ongoing goal will be to ensure continuous adaptation to the changing challenges of supply chain audit activities.
How you will contribute
- Support in the preparation of up-to-date reports, presentations, and documents to support the business, (PPT presentations, Excel files, PowerBI dashboard, etc.) identifying the most appropriate KPIs and their visualization.
- Entering and maintaining supplier data in the system (data entry and data quality).
- Analyze macro and micro data from different sources to provide insights for improvement.
- Be a point of contact between stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation and reports useful to stakeholders.
- Data management to ensure on-demand availability of information for main stakeholders.
- Support in audit planning activities.
Who you are
- A discrete but passionate advocate for high ethical standards with a bachelor's degree preferably in STEM or economics fields, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in team (sharing information), to be multitasking, to work under pressure, and/or under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and extremely accurate.
- Meet deadlines, be proactive, have problem-solving skills and be open-minded.
- Aptitude for quickly mastering new tools and platforms.
- Microsoft Office expert (especially Excel).
- Experience in reading and analysing economic-corporate reports (D&B reports, Bureau Van Dijk) is considered a plus.
- Native speaker of Italian and able to communicate effectively in English in spoken and written form; French is a plus.
