The Role
As Key Account Manager, you will be the commercial point of contact for a portfolio of clients with strong growth potential. Your goal: build solid, strategic relationships and unlock upsell and renewal opportunities. You'll be part of the Italian team, based in Milan, and collaborate closely with colleagues in Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
Key responsibilities:Lead upsell and renewal strategies (biennial/triennial contracts)Monitor key KPIs (ARR and GAR) to drive performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal client sponsors (CFOs and key stakeholders)Conduct Executive Business Reviews with high-potential clientsAct as a trusted advisor and problem-solver in critical situationsProvide value-added consulting on cash flow managementCollaborate with the Product team to share relevant customer feedback
Ideal ProfileMust-haves:4–5 years of experience in similar roles (KAM, Account Manager, or Customer Success with a commercial focus)Degree in Economics or a related fieldProven ability to manage and grow client portfoliosStrong negotiation and relationship management skills with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO)Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and product teamsNice-to-haves:Experience in SaaS or Fintech environmentsIf this sounds like you and you’re ready to make a difference in a high-impact, international environment, we’d love to meet you!
