We are looking for a dynamic person with experience in sales in the education sector to join our English sales team to help grow our English language learning materials and assessment products in Italy aligned with our ambitious targets.
You will need to be based in the Campania area due to frequent face-to-face interactions/visits in this region.

About the role
As our next Learning & Assessment Consultant, you will support the achievement of annual revenue targets by implementing the approved country strategic plan and by developing both existing and new business in an allocated territory. Specifically, you will:
- Contribute to the achievement of annual revenue and profitability targets for your assigned territory, broken down by learning and assessment products and services
- Account manage key channel partners (distributors, agents and exam centres) to achieve business growth and ensure order fulfilment and delivery
- Carry out face-to-face and online meetings with key existing customers and potential new customers, according to agreed prioritisation and country strategic plans, advising on full range of Cambridge English learning and assessment solutions
- Provide post-sales support to existing customer base, according to prioritised segmentation, to maximise revenue across the full range of Cambridge English products
- Ensure all planning and visit information is logged on our CRM (Salesforce), to facilitate full customer support, accurate monitoring of sales activity and forecasting in the assigned territory
- Identify the requirement and deliver support and training to key partners and customers, according to prioritised segmentation or business needs, to maximise revenue across the full range of Cambridge English products
About you
We are looking for a customer focused team player, with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
You will be educated to a degree level (or equivalent experience) with a background in teaching English (ideally complemented with a teaching qualification). You will also have good knowledge of the Italian state school system.
You will be highly organised and able to work on your own initiative, individually and as part of a team.
You will have a track record of working within budgets and focused on key objectives, with experience of using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, as well as Microsoft suite.
Experience in consultative selling is essential, with proven track record in the educational sector. Good knowledge of Cambridge learning and assessment products is desirable.
C1 level of English and Italian are required, along with a full clean driving licence.
