Why This Role Is Right for You
As a MS Professional Service Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work on the development of custom solutions for our customers in the Operations Merchant Services (MS) area.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Collaborate in the development of customization of products and services and the implementation of new products with impact on Operation MS
- Support the preparation of technical and functional documentation in response to customer requests and tenders
- Participate in operational activities related to POS fleet migrations, both incoming and outgoing.
- Monitor the progress of assigned activities, respecting expected time and quality
- Contribute to the analysis and resolution of complex post-sales issues, in collaboration with other company functions
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of operational processes within TechLab team

Essential Qualifications:
- Aptitude for problem solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly and effectively
- Organisation, accuracy and attention to deadlines

- Proactivity in managing operational activities
- Basic knowledge of functional analysis and operational processes
- Good ability to read and interpret data and KPIs
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies
- Good knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel and PowerPoint).
- English language (from level B2).
Experience in fintech, telco or media industry is a plus.
